Introduction:
TMT 15 is mainly used in Coal Fire Power Plants and Garbage Incineration to get rid of the heavy metals in the flue gas and make the gas clean when it leaves the stack. It is also used to precipitate single and bivalent (2+valent) heavy metals such as Ag, Cd, Cu, Ni, Zn, Hg, Pb as well as Thallium from wastewater streams.
Performance characteristics:
The formation is insoluble water substance precipitation, the whole water treatment process is not affected by the coexisting salts in wastewater. It can adapt to wide PH value range, and can be directly used in the acidic environment, the generated precipitate is easy to polymerize, easy to separate, dense texture. After solid-liquid separation, the solid is not easy to redissolve, and there are no heavy metals remaining in the liquid.

This product is widely used in the waste incineration plant and wastewater treatment of coal-fired power, petrochemical, electroplating plants, non-ferrous metal processing plants, battery manufacturers, mining and other heavy metal content seriously exceeding the standard.

Product usage:
1. Test the content of heavy metal ions in the wastewater first, and then conduct dosing test to determine the optimal amount of dosage. Dilute the agent to a 10% concentration and the general dosage amount is at 150-500ppm. It is suitable for wastewater with pH range 4-14, and the pH value is best between 7-9.
2. The total dose of a day was determined according to the amount of wastewater to be treated each day. Put it into the wastewater continuously or in batches, the stirring time is about 5-10 minutes.
The sediment containing heavy metals is pressed into cakes and deeply buried as no-leaching toxic waste. The filtered water can be discharged up to the standard.
Safety and protection:
It is corrosive, please pay attention to labor protection during operation. It should avoid direct contact with the skin, eyes, etc., once contact, need to rinse with a lot of water.
Package and Storage:
This product is packed in 25kg kraft paper, do not store and transport together with acid and oxidant. Storage for 12 months in shady room and dry place.
