Introduction:
Acid corrosion and scale inhibitor has good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate in water, and has good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel and copper.
Product usage:
Corrosion and scale inhibitor is mainly used in circulating cooling water system, such as power plant, chemical plant, petrochemical, steel and other circulating cooling water system. The corrosion inhibition effect of our product is good and has very strong scale inhibition.
How to use:
1. Add the corrosion and scale inhibitor required every day into the plastic dosing bucket (or box);
2. For the convenience of use, the agent can be diluted with water, and then add at the entrance of the circulating pump (i. e. at the outlet of the collecting pool) by the metering pump or the regulating valve door;
3. The concentration of dosing is generally 10-150mg/L (measured by supplementary water). The specific dosage is determined according to the water quality of the site.
The corrosion and scale inhibitor is weakly acidic, please pay attention to labor protection during operation. It should avoid direct contact with the skin, eyes, etc., once contact, need to rinse with a lot of water.
