Introduction:
Pretreatment filming agent is mainly composed of a variety of complex agents, dispersants, film-forming agents and surfactants. It can chemisorb with metal ions such as iron and calcium or partially positively charged iron atoms, forming a coordination bond, and then produce a layer of insoluble chelating film covering the surface of metals such as carbon steel. The resistance of the film is large and can isolate the metal from the corrosion medium in the water, thus delaying the corrosion.

Fast film formation speed, uniform film, good chemical stability, low corrosion rate, and strong adaptability to water quality from harmful ions such as copper and iron in water;
Application field:
It is mainly used for the pre-film treatment of circulating cooling water system, or the pre-film of heat exchanger equipment and pipeline after system maintenance, so as to form a protective film on the metal surface to prevent the corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloy, stainless steel and other materials during operation.
Product usage:
1. The addition concentration of the agent is generally 800-1000mg/L;
2. Prefilm time is 12-24 hours;
It is weakly acidic, please pay attention to labor protection during operation. It should avoid direct contact with the skin, eyes, etc., once contact, need to rinse with a lot of water.
